Hi Jenny,
To answer your question.. it will depend on the color and if RM has access to more of that leather. Cory will also require that there are at least 9 other pre-orders for the same bag that you want. It will probably fall on you to advertise on PF and collectively get 9 other girls to commit to the purchase as well. So put your feelers out and see if others will go in the order with you!

Answer: IT IS A SOFT LEATHER. IT HAS SOME WHAT OF A SHINE TO IT BUT IT IS IN NO WAY CONSIDERED GLAZED. IT IS VERY RESISTANT TO DIRT OR MARKS.


Question: Can you please compare the difference between this new dark brown and the chocolate that Hillary Duff wears in her Nikki?
Answer: DARK BROWN IS A LITTLE BIT DARKER THAT THE ONE SHE HAS.

RM Maven and other experienced Minkettes,

I purchased my gold dream bag from an online retailer and there is an approximately dime size discoloration on the gold leather. when i contacted the retailer they said that it was never on the floor, etc and that they contacted RM and was told that this was "distressed marks and normal wear of the bag." they then suggested i contact RM myself.

Now, i know that metallic leathers especially can have some wear (MJ's are known for this), but does this look like distressing to you? Also, why should if have wear if it was never out on the floor or worn? is this what the rest of the gold leather part is eventually going to look like?

this happened some time ago, but i have been too shy to pursue it any further. am i being too picky?
