If you already have the bag and love it, I would keep it. A few people's bad experiences don't mean you are guaranteed to have a bad experience also. Just check your bag over carefully every so often to make sure everything still works/looks good, just like you would any other expensive purchase, and things should be fine.

I imagine that CS and the repair process will get better over time, so chances are if something did ever happen to your bag, things would go smoothly for you.
