I got the Gray MAC. I asked Rebecca and this color was made only for the sample sale. It is slightly lighter than the Dark Gray and is really smooth and soft.
The other bag is the Petite Pouchette it came from the one of a kind table. The purple is grape, but not sure of the other colors.

So I read from the other thread, someone mentioned they got the Dark Grey Nikki and a Dark Grey MAM....is that true???

OMG I AM SO JEALOUS I WISH I WENT THERE!!

CL - I read the same thing!! Ahhhh! With any luck, there will be a lot of great bags up on feebay in the coming days/weeks if people bought multiple bags. There's hope for us!

There were so many mini Nikkis, in lots more colors too I think I saw Forest, Purple Metallic, oh and lots of colors I can't think of right now.

I also saw Cobalt MAC and MAB. The leather is so unbelievably soft and smoochy. I was going to get it but there were faint pen marks on it.

Without seeing pics, I think he got the SS Gray color, not dark gray. I did not see any dark gray bags for sale. The SS Gray is still very pretty, soft, and smoochy. There were lots of these in Nikki, mini nikki, and I think Morning after styles.

Hi Ladies after much much debating I stopped off at the sample sale today after work. This was my first time going to any type of sample sale and boy was it an experience. I actually enjoyed myself.

I arrive around 7:30 and the line wasn't too bad, yes it was cold but it wasn't unbearable, if I stood on line 25 min that was long. they started letting people in in small groups b/f 8 and then at about 8 the doors opened to everyone on line. There was a nice size crowd. Now, is it me or what, do people save up all year for this sale. There were people in there with bags going up both arms.

The reason for my debating was I'm really trying to fall back on the spending but when the train approached 14th street it was like my feet had a mind of their own. After walking around with quite a few bags in my hand I ended up just walking out the door with one. A purple lizard MAC, the final total was $211.

Phew.....you made me feel a tiny bit better, I've been kicking myself for not going to the SS in NY (though I live in PA that will be a 2 hours drive for me) but if DG Nikki is there for sale I'd just kill myself.

The SS Gray is not bad though, anyone know what hardware the SS Gray is for the Nikki? Is it old or new hardware?

loveuga - sounded like a lot of people are buying bags up their arms at the SS, so I'm pretty sure some of them will show up on fleabay, I just hope they don't jack up the price way above retail.
