I totally know what you mean by being on the "bright" side. I returned my Sterling for the Dusty color in April because I did not think I could really incorporate it into my wardrobe. I am sorry I can't tell you if this Sterling color will break in or not. Also, my concern once I had the Steady -Sterling bag in my hands was whether or not the leather material would flake over time since it's a "cracked" leather material.

I am sorry I am not trying to rain on your parade but I just thought you might want to know this information

I have the sterling and I REALLY like it. It's surprisingly neutral but makes a statement.

No matter what happened, it is taking WAY longer to deliver this than I anticipated! I sent it by fast mail to increase my chances of getting the bag back before I go on vacation at the end of august but it doesn't look like thats going to happen! So frustrated, because I bought the steady cuz it looked like it would be a great bag to take to an airport.

What address did you send to? I'm sending my Steady back and going to send to the Newbury address

I sent it to amanda to the berkeley street address- which is where LB told me it HAD to go. It STILL has not arrived there and I'm really upset. So you might be better off sending it to the store and letting them get it to the person to send it out. Make sure they know its coming, either way.
