Yes and now the black basket weave is gone hmmmmmmm that sucks 375.00 was such a good price then trying to get 499.00 for it!

That is strange that she took it down. Though to be fair, it was a no reserve, right? I mean I've definitely purchased off eBay before and resold on ebay, not to make a profit but just because it didn't work for whatever reason. Either way, the market determines the price.

I agree lawgirl, the market determines the price. An item is only worth what someone will pay for it.

Personally, I don't think there is anything wrong with someone selling to make a profit. It can be frustrating when a person wants to buy something and someone else buys it just for resale but no one has the "right" to own something just cause they want it for themselves either. A lot of us wouldn't have the bags we do if someone didn't get a bargain somewhere and resell it on eBay. JMHO

IT'S BAAACCCKKKKKKK .... you know, this wouldn't be a bad deal if we didn't already know she bought it for a lot less - but, really, that just means she got it at a good price originally and we shouldn't penalize her for that.

I do agree, we can't fault someone for charging what she thinks the market will bear for an item. Psychologically, it is hard to pay more than you know the seller had to pay. If it were my HG, I'd probably pay it anyway and just get over it.
