desi - well said, this is something I wanted to say earlier but don't want to offend anyone, I adore my MAM, but in overall, RM does have a lot of room for improvements and it's one of the factor I am not willing to pay full price...yet. I am hoping RM can have better zippers, the sharp teeth zipper on my MAM is constantly biting me

What if Rebecca could offer tpf'ers a one use code, say 25%, monthly on any one full priced bag. Only thing is that her website doesn't offer the variety of bags like Luna or Revolve.

OR...if we could vote on one bag...mini morning after(my size)one color...that we can purchase at a special price as tpf'ers. For example, these special wine bags would have been great. I really would have loved one with new hardware in either the mini nikki or mini morning. The mam black/blue zipper new hardware. Just a thought!

I think it's good that people voice their opinions on this topic both postive and negative.

It is a forum after all. Designers are putting themselves into the public eye the same way a celebrity does and they know people will have feed back on their designs and actions...both good and bad.

I am sure Rebecca does read this...what better marketing source then your target consumers openly gossping ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT! You can't pay for market research as raw as this.

I don't think we need to be afraid to insult her or the brand...she knows the price of fame...and obviously even if we have complaints, we all do love her bags since we spend $$ on them and spend hours here talking about them.

When push comes to shove...the economy is not good. I am sure RM as a company had reasons for pulling codes right now. But like anything else...if the bags don't sell...there will be sales and other promotions to move them.

And hopefully the RM brand does see how the users of this site are willing to buy multiple upon multiple RMs and will maybe give use special sales from time to time.

Which is the reason some might argue that tPF RM fans deserve a break, because if RM paid for this 'market research', it would cost her company an arm and a leg, and quite a bit of leather.

I second that Indiaink - this market research would cost her a fortune. The only reason I even know about this brand is from the tPF ladies no other advertising - previously I had never even heard about RM.
