Just want to add, you need to be sure create a live.com account first and have everything set up and make sure once you go to the page you don't close it and open another window.. otherwise it might not go through.. I used it on couturecandy few days ago.. it never shown up.. It was a pain trying to contact MS, the merchant etc.. still not working..

i agree. log into your account before. it will never show up if you log in to your account after you receive cashback notice.
