Ladies - Last Sunday I won my HG bag on e-bay. I paid way more than I wanted to but it was my HG...... and I had e-bay bucks....& did I mention that it was my HG?

Well - to begin with - I NEVER heard from the seller after I won it .... only a USPS notice on WEDNESDAY (won on SUNDAY!!) ....no "Thank you for your purchase"...no "I'm shipping it tomorrow"... No "You're going to love this bag"... In other words....No polite little note. Some people do things differently I guess....

Anyhoo... It just arrived and I have NOT opened the box - This is a live reveal.... I'm scared to open - FOR ONE THING....Look at the box!!!!!!

It's a black matinee w/blue suede flaps inside....OK....be honest - I can take it ...am I overreacting???? LOOK AT THE BOX!!!!!

My the way - I paid $15.00 for shipping from NY to NC!!! I expected SOOOOO much better than this!!

Can you tell I'm p***ed off??

I don't think you're overreacting at all. I would have definitely expected a Mattie to be shipped in a larger box than that, but... on a more positive note, the box doesn't have water damage or general damage to it, so I'm hopeful that your Mattie is PERFECT!

OOOooo... that is a flat box...ugh..I would be feeling like you...and yes, for that much shipping it should have come in an appropriate sized box...!

I hate it when sellers use small boxes! That box is only ok for things like rockers/mac's or small clutches! Eeep.

I recall that listing ending for over $600, i can't believe someone wouldn't spend an extra $3 for a better box. The matties do sit flat if unstuffed, so MAYBE she was able to get the mattie in that box without damaging it, but still... tsk tsk tsk

I pulled the bag out of the box and snapped a pic...

(My DD caused a slight delay in the reveal...I'm picking up my kittens from her in 2 hrs. She just called on the phone because she is having little fur baby withdrawals already!)

It looks OK so far I guess...(I'm still compiling bad feedbacks remarks in my head...
