Def. ask for shipping back because they obviously took the "if it fits it ships" a little too literally. Not good customer service. On the other hand youra gorgeous bag is now home with you and she'll never be wronged again.

It drives my nuts when sellers stuff expensive bags in tiny boxes. Even say, a Nikki that smooshes. Just bc the leather can smoosh doesn't mean it should be folded over!! I always stuff it and make sure it fits completely in the box without folding it or crushing it.

Oh poo I always miss the reveals!!! The bag is beautiful I'm so glad you were able to get your HG. But that sucks the way they shipped it!!!! I can't believe what some people will do to save a few bucks.

Yes, she's black and blue, but that's no excuse for the inadequate packing. I hope your mattie is able to recover, in the company of all your other gorgeous RMs.

And I would be MEGA P*SSED OFF if I recieved a large bag in that box, too, MAGS!!!

You def. need to let the seller know that was not appropriate shipping...and I don't get the lack of auction site etiquette, either, especially when sales are so bad for most sellers and you purchased an expensive item!!

Actually, whether or not you purchased as expensive item shouldn't even matter -- if you paid for it fair and square, you should be able to expect proper packaging and a brief message telling you it's on its way.

Complaints aside, you have managed to attain my all-time favorite mattie...it is truly lovely, and I bet that you look absolutely gorgeous with it on your arm.
