Looks alright so far... but BNWT means stuffed to me or else it's just a used bag with tags attached. I could maybe forgive someone folding a used bag like that, but you definately bought and paid for a new bag.

I'm hoping that because of the nature of Black w/ Blue Mattie's leather... you will be able to stuff her fully and she will be perfect! I can't say I'm horrified that Mattie was folded after seeing the size of the box, but I'll second what naza said in regards to how difficult is it to get a bigger box, stuff the bag, and send it properly?

There seems to be only one area of concern...this corner was pretty smushed - is that a word?

My neighbor just stepped over for a visit - sorry for another delay....

I'm sorry, but I saw this and had to comment. I would've been as concerned if I ordered a mattie and received that box. Your seller's packing job sucks: it shows zero effort to protect what is now your property, zero effort to provide excellent service to the customer, and, clearly, zero effort to obtain good feedback.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it doesn't take a college degree on fashion marketing, business administration or, IDK, physics, to stuff a bag with tissue paper, put it inside a dust bag and place it in a large enough box to fit the bag and additional tissue paper or bubble wrap to protect it during shipping.

I hope you're bag is in good shape regardless--and if it is, KongratZ!!!--but even if it is, I would take the seller's neglect into consideration when leaving feedback.
