iris purple lizard - is it a dk blue/purple or not? all the pictures are so diff r/o

in a lot of the pictures, iris looks like a royal blue color. very rich and vibrant.

however, in some other pictures, it looks like a darker blue and the purple lizard also looks dark.

i wish i can see it in real life.. :*(

I had ordered this color combo in the MAM. I was really disappointed when it came because on my particular bag the color seemed very dark blue and there really was minimal difference between the iris and the purple lizard in regular light. In the pics I had seen prior to ordering it, the colors appeared more different. Hope this helps. I did not keep the bag because I was hoping for a more "purple" looking combo.

It's dark...the iris is almost as dark as the purple lizard IRL. But it's gorgeous!

The purple lizard is actually blue too..just slightly darker than the iris, but definitely not purple. And yea, I agree, it's gorgeous!

I have the MAB in Iris/PL & it's absolutely STUNNING!!!

I have NO regrets at all & the fact that the contrast is NOT so noticeable makes the bag more sophisticated IMHO. You will have this bag for years & it will never look outdated! The color is very RICH & more of a dark/deep Navy blue color, with some dark purple undertones to it...hopefully this makes sense. To me the bag really looks like the Navy Luxe color that I have seen in several photos.

WOW!! revolve shipped super quick. i ordered yesterday AM and came home to find my bag waiting for me! it's GORGEOUS!!! i actually like how it's dark... very elegant and classy w/ a fun twist. i can already tell that the leathers will soften nicely and have the "smoosh" factor that i love.

the bag totally PUDDLES and would puddle even more if the trim wasn't stiff b/c of the embossing!!! it is totally TDF
