Default Have an ISSUE with your bag? Please read me!
GOT QC ISSUES?

Have you had any of the following happen to your bag?

Had any feet fall off?
Had a handle break apart?
Has a stud fallen off?
Broken clasp?
Broken strap?

Bent handles?

TURN AROUND TIME:


This can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks usually. Lately they have been great at fixing bags within just a few weeks time but you never know and it may take around a month. Expect the worse and be pleasantly surprised when it takes a shorter amount of time.

WHERE TO SHIP YOUR BAG?


Once you get confirmation that you can send your bag in, send it to:

HOW TO SHIP YOUR BAG:


Please put a little tag on your bag with your Name, Phone number, Address, and lastly what needs to be fixed on your bag.

**It is not necessary to send your bag in with the dust cover and it may get lost if you do. If you are worried about your bag's protection wrap it in tissue or bubble wrap. The least amount of items to possibly get lost in the factory the better

If you do not have a pre-paid shipping label from RM, make sure you send your bag with tracking and insurance to avoid any shipping accidents. This will give you better peace of mind.



ADDITIONAL INFO:

Rebecca Minkoff Co. is very good about fixing these above QC issues and stand behind their products. I know it is really stressful to have to part with your beloved handbag but I assure you that you will be so happy when your bag comes back from the factory better than new.

I also understand that it can be quite frustrating to buy a new bag and have something go wrong right out of the box. If this happens and you feel that you should not have to deal with the whole repair process, by all means, return or exchange your bag instead if you are able to.

Lastly, if all the above info fails and you still have not received the help you need, you can always try Codi. Her email is codi@rebeccaminkoff.com and she can be very helpful in times of need.
