I honestly think the GILT sale is GREAT for the gals that have been wanting the old hardware with tassels etc!

This sale had a combo of old bags, new bags, and a lot of rare bags too. I scored a SEAFOAM mini nikki! I'm happy!

I WILL ALSO ADMIT! I am REALLY happy i saw those new fall colors this morning because it prevented me from buying stuff at the Gilt sale.

The bags were super gorgeous, but priced way toooooo high! I remember other tpf'ers saying that last time they bought bags for liek 298 or 325.. but this time, the prices were high.. oh well..I'll just have to wait for a ss now.. :(

I went just to see what it was like but glad I couldn't get anything in my cart. I'll wait for fall bags since it won't be that much more for a new bag that I can return if something is wrong or I don't like it.

They have one MAM that was on sale at Revolve for $288, there are better sales out there and you can return if you have too.

I'm disappointed, my cc is relieved, but I still have color questions: is the sage really greenish? it just looks grey everywhere? I love the sage/whitewash mini if it were just grey, but I don't want any green in it...

Not getting it with Gilt anyway- price gouging, inflated retail- that's just cr*p.

Each and every Shopping Event item is offered at 50% to 75% off the original retail price.

These are clearly not the original retail prices, and thus not 50% to 75% off.

Of course, I did make a purchase though
