It looks like her stonewash blue MAM. It looks like she has gotten tons of use out of it since she first was pictured with it. I have the same bag and it does look very different in different lights and looks almost dark gray in some pictures. Def doesn't look like dark gray since I've had that color as well and it clearly photographs with no mistake as a dark gray and doesn't change colors in different lighting like the blue stonewash does. The stonewash blue does have that sort of glossy thick chewy leather. Doesn't look sage either and I think she had a sage STAMPED mam, not a regular sage. HP always looks so cute in pictures!

^^ Def not Dark gray, dark gray has silver HW. She actually has a regular Sage MAM (according to pics on RMs website) - but its very hard to tell in thes pics if it is that or her stonewashed blue. They are both yum! D&B are not getting their moneys worht from Hayden, she spends all her time pro bono adding for RM!
