I tried the Coach Leather Cleaner on my Sunshine MAM today ='( sadness ensued! There's now a DARK SPOT on the bottom where I tried a test spot. Is there any way to fix it? Or do I have to send it to LMB? Thanks!

^ See if the test spot dries in a day or so - then THROW AWAY THE COACH STUFF!! It's really not good for leather - it has a silicone compound in it that is not good for leather.

Use Appleguard or products from LMB. You can probably condition the entire bag and have the "spot" fade or at least blend in.

Default treating a saddle matinee with apple conditioner?
Ok girls I need some input, after about a year and a half I finally decided to wear my brand new matinee in saddle, the leather/color are TDF, but I'm aware that I need to treat it before exposing her, the only products I have are apple (conditioner and rain and stain repellent spray), I have read that someone treated hers with LMB products with excellent results, the problem is that I don't have any LMB products, could I get away with the apple conditioner or spray instead? has anyone have any experience treating a saddle bag with it?
thanks in advance,

Which one is closest to the actual color. Gorgeous bag! Thanks for sharing.

It's kind of in between but I would say that the second one is closest.

Ack! What a gorgeous old-school bag!!! Where have you been hiding this lovely?

Re: LMB vs. Apple, I believe LMB products are more gentle on delicate leathers. Not to say Apple would not also be fine, but you should definitely do a test spot first before doing the whole bag.
