It would be great to have some good references for us that other Minkettes have had good experiences with.

Cool...

Pasquale Shoe Repair
5616 San Vicente Blvd
Los Angeles, CA 90019-2585
Phone: (323) 936-6883
Cross street: Hauser

I read about them from Lucky magazine last year or so. Love them!

They can repair early RM handles, too. It costs, but it's an option.

Tell them "Lynn" sent you!

Ohh I may have to try this place out since they know a thing or two about RM. My almond BW from the Bay needs a lil luvin.

Here is the info for another LA area cobbler:

Arturo's Shoe Fix
9643 Santa Monica Blvd.
Beverly Hills, CA 90210
Phone: 310.278.9585
Cross street: Bedford

A Fendi SA highly recommended this shop to me. I've taken some beat up bags and shoes to this place and they've come out looking good as new. It's a tiny and messy shop but I felt like I could trust them just by looking at the amount and high-end designers of the shoes and bags that they were fixing. And as an added bonus, it's two doors down from Sprinkles Cupcakes!

Just want to get the word out that leatherstuff.com is a fantastic place to order Apple Brand products from! I ordered the Garde and Conditioner on Tuesday and even though I chose the cheapest shipping option, I received my products today! So fast! Also, I know they offer coupon codes pretty often. I used "fall" and got 20% off my order. I believe that this code is good until 10/15. Yay I can't wait to treat my new deep red MAM so I can finally take it out for a spin this weekend. Whoo hoo.

Default magic rub
Item number: 180297939648Ebay Item--this seller seems to have it all (Apple Products for leather)
Shoe repair shops have a rubbing bar called a Suede Stone
Works to clean suede and it has removed marks on my walls too.
Apple Leather products can be found on Ebay and the web site for Apple itself lists retailers by state

I use it on all my bags, but there is some color transfer from the darker bags that is noticable on the cloth, but not on the bag itself.
