Good Evening Ladies!
There has been talk around here to start a Sticky Thread detailing the colors and season for our beloved RM bags. I'm posting here to keep the interest going on this in the hopes that we can work on this together as a community to make this come to fruitation.
I've started collecting pictures of the Nikki for quite some time now and so, if you all don't mind, maybe we can start here and build for the other bag styles.
Below is the link to the 40+ pictures of various leathers that the Nikki has debut in (there are a few doubles in here but this is because I could not figure out the leather colors, especially those in the brown leather family). I'm in no way an expert so I relied on the websites that I snagged the pictures from (but we all know that is not always reliable) and used what I've learned from TPF. Please take a look and let me know if we can identify the season and/or some of the colors that are still missing (I labeled each picture with the potential leather and season so check the file name).

(I know I'm missing the obvious Sunshine Nikki that was recently posted on RM's site but my file corrupted and I could not restore her).
As you can see, I tried to only upload pictures that were used on various web vendors because (1) they are pro quality pictures and (2) depict the leather as real to life as possible. Of course this technique leaves out the very many leathers that were one of a kind, special orders, sample sale bags, etc. Instead of swiping these photos from TPF that belong to the ladies who owned them, I figured I'd post a request for those who would like to submit pictures of their unique bags, that way we have permission to use these images. :)
What do you all think? Is this too big of an endeavor to undertake?
Also, if one of you nominated mods, RM Maven, or others think that this project would be best left to any one of you, I'd be more than happy to back off and help out where I can. I just know that this is a resource that would benefit us all, and given RM's recent success and popularity, the sooner this is up and run, the better off we all are (and the less we fall behind!!).
Discuss amongst yourself.
