OP, I'm sorry your clutch was ruined after JUST ONE DAY!!! That must be so annoying! Hopefully it'll be resolved soon.

Sorry to hear that happened to you. I'd definitely email LB and see if they can send it back to RM and have it repaired for you since it may take less time than going to have it fixed somewhere else.

Still no response from Sarah yet, but a representative from LB (also named Sarah

) got back to me on Sunday saying I can send it back for a replacement but since they don't have any more BH 3-zip MACs in stock, I can send it back and they'll send it to RM for repair for me or I can exchange for something else. Blahh, I don't know what to do! I am very, very satisfied with LB's customer service as she got back to me REALLY fast but I haven't decided what I want to do yet. I really like the BH 3-zip MAC but I don't really want to send it back for repair because it'll take too long... I'm considering exchanging for PH 3-zip MAC but I don't think I can wear it as much as I can with the BH, and I'll definitely miss BH. What to do? What to dooo?

LB does have that pre-order for the BH 3zip with gunmetal hw. Maybe you could order that?

I was considering that too but I was picturing it and I think I like the gold hardware more...

Right...maybe RM can replace it for you? They should be able to repair it anyway. I think they may have more black 3 zips coming out later, but it wouldn't be the same leather.
Repairs take about a month.
