I think I'm having an identity crisis. (But...does anyone know what kind of lining Cloud Grey Nikkis have?)
Pigby - I asked her and she said this one has the blue/white striped. (My DD's has the black/white).

FYI....THe cloud grey leather when new is gorgeous - but the color does change over time to a varigated brownish grey bag. That would bother me especailly if I wanted a grey bag not brown....BUT - on the other hand my DD absolutely loves hers - with all the color variation (grey brownish veins) going on - it doesn't show scratches and such ....She's pretty hard on her bags so it works for her.....it's also super slouchy.

They are just going to have to deal with the consequences of their actions. If they want to be in business and "keep their heads above water" they will have to learn that in order to run a successful business, they need to address their customers' concerns in a timely and effective manner; otherwise they shouldn't be in business.
You've got a good point!!!....AND isn't that the point of feedback - to let the potential buyer know that they are very slow to respond and just plan ignored your messages....

I'd want to know this.

^I agree. Buying positive feedback, pure and simple. I would be inclined to do as they ask except...and it is a big except they never responded to your emails during the transaction and afterwards. MHO

Thanks everyone for your opinions. I didn't feel good about the email and now, having time to have thought about it, I still don't and this is why...

They have been in business for quite a while. I have heard of this happening by several other PF'ers and also in checking their feedback it's been questionable for quite some time. When I first considered purchasing the bag from them I was already uneasy about their feedback but I decided to take a chance and it backfired on me.

I personally do not believe their issues are just due to them moving. The negative/neutral feedback they have received goes far past that time frame. So I will just leave my feedback as is. I can see if maybe I was their only or one of a few bad transactions. But I believe they could have stepped up their game before I was ever in the picture. Maybe it is finally catching up to them I'm not sure. If they were so concerned they could have contacted me before requesting to cancel the transaction, etc. Or they could've contacted me during the two weeks that I was waiting for the bag and the dispute was being settled. I'll leave things as is. I thought about being petty and not even responding (like they did to my many emails). But I'm going to go ahead and let them know why I choose to leave my feedback as is.

I'm really wanting my first MAC and lunaboston is having that 30% off sale, but not really loving the colours they have. Any other site that will match the code that has nice colours? I'm wanting a purple haze one (do they even make that??).

There are a couple of morning after (MA)?? (sorry not too familiar with RM styles) onsale at Saks off 5th, at the Block in Orange, CA. Extra 40% off of $390....One in metallic gray, and another one in some kinda of orange red color. Original price was $650. I believe if you are a off 5th More card holder, you get an additinal 10% off.

LBs code won't work on RM anyway. You can join our SO for a PH MAC at the link in my sig. We'd love to have you!

nevermind...now it's not working. That really stinks.

I guess I will shop elsewhere where RM discounts are allowed.

That's a great way to lose a lot of business....

thanks sfrechette and gr8ful1 for the note 'bout the SO for the purple haze MAC!

i really should watch my budget.. sigh... dont think i should be spending 330 right now on a bag! my interest was piqued by the 30% off coupon at LB...can't wait to see your beautiful bags when you get them though!

and sinyard, i emailed LB and they said the code only works on the croc embossed navy MAC.... (i was only enquiring about the MAC though).

The code worked for the wine mini b, so it does work for some RM but others are excluded.

hey everyone! RM is at the Lucky Shops event for the next three days. Lucky Mag has been tweeting all night since it's opening night and they took this picture at the RM booth. I went to this event last year and the stuff here was sort of a preview for her fall sample sale...studs!!!
