There are two "knots" on the strap to alter the length
I've had my PS11 for a year, and I can fit everything that I usually put in my PS11 into the Book Bag, including:
- Moleskine
- Kindle Fire
- Blackberry
- iPhone
- tissues
- keys
- cardholder
- a little cash
- headphones
- a few papers

There are a LOT of compartments. Only con is there is no little back compartment like in the PS11, but not a huge ding. The back is very simple.

Brown is darker-hued as opposed to the PS11 as well (which has a bit of a red tint).

General assessment: HUGE fan. Simpler and less blingy than the PS11.
