I'm drained so I do yell at my 4 year old who seems to love getting at me these days...but not in public...I hate losing my temper cos I know it won't help the situation, but sometimes, I just can't stop it...

Of course yelling gets things done, what do you think will happen if army officers spoke softly and calmly? However if you have the habit of yelling all the time then something's really wrong.
