I love the Not Rational Hansel; I have two. I need outside pockets. Inside, I just jam stuff in every which way, but I put the key "need it now" stuff in the outside pockets. I also sometimes use a Prada fairy tessuto tote, but the outside pockets are just so handy, and most of the other bags don't have them.

I've tried a bazillion bag. My best advice? Use something cheap to start out and then decide what you really need once the baby is here. Plus, you will find that your needs change as the baby grows. If you are breastfeeding in the beginning, you don' t need to think as much about bottle/drink holders, carrying snack and such, but more clothes and diapers. Later it's less diapers and clothes, but snacks and drinks. Later more toys, and so on. So... you will need more than one first of all - bigger and smaller.
Lots of bags work, but be flexible! |

I've been using most of my larger purses, my favorite would have to be 32 Kelly, because of the strap and size! Totes are great to use, I just dont like the fact that it's so 'exposed'. DH has been using his H and LV messenger bags but we also have some diaper bags from Gucci and LV!
