With my first pregnancy it was around 16-18 weeks, but with this one and my second it was around 10 weeks

I'm surprised at how many here actually like the Lululemon pants for pregnancy. Does anyone know if they are marketed to pregnant women in addition to yoga fans or is use during pregnancy just an incidental discovery we've all made because the pants are comfortable and flattering? I'm curious now...

It happened to me around 11 weeks (1st baby). However, i am now 7 months pregnant and most people can't believe I am that far along. Some people still don't think I even look pregnant. So this can be a crazy time.

Hmm, I want to say around 12 weeks (1st pregnancy), they still fit, but were very tight. I think around 16 weeks was when I couldn't fit them on at all.

I cant zip up my pants now and haven't been able to for a few weeks now!! Im 9 weeks along and I feel like a whale and started to use the tummy tube...but this is my second pregnancy and have been told that I'll show much sooner than my first. I do have a bit of a belly now...not enough to look prego to others, just enough to make me feel fat!!

Which Lululemon pants do you recommend, emmalawyer? I have the fleece ones but they are not that comfortable...maybe I need to get 1 size up.

I never outgrew my pants. I just wore them a little lower. All the maternity jeans were too big for me, they would be SO loose. Even the small. I just wore my jeans and tracksuits

I bought my first pair of maternity pants around 10 weeks, only because the bloating was making my skinny jeans uncomfortable. But then, once I discovered how unbelievably comfy the maternity designer jeans I bought were (yay for Secret Fit Belly panel!), I was sold, and didn't attempt to put on a pair of pre-pregnancy pants after that.

10 weeks for me, and this is my first. I was very upset because I have not been eating a lot by any means. If anything I have eaten less b/c I haven't been very hungry. It MAY be bloating, but nothing fits in the waist none the less.

It was around 2-3 months for me depending on which jeans I was wearing.

I have just had to move on to maternity pants. My pants have been a little tight, but still buttonable until this past week. So 14 weeks for me.

I had the fitness reversible dance travel pant. I looked it up online and the Lululemon tag for these pants (which I no longer had by the time I got pregnant) actually says that they are "a great pant while you are expecting!" So that answers my question

It also says: W Waltz Pant (which is the model I have):
"to provide a flowing reversible dance travel pant"
"Long roll down waist area provides extra coverage across the butt and hips"
"Baby serged edges & luon LIGHT fabric provides a lighter weight pant"
"Preshrunk & made of 14% lycra to give you a perfect fit after you wash it at home"
"Flat seamed to eliminate seam rash"
"Light, Quick Dry, moisture wicking 4 way stretch".

I actually didn't need to go up one size. They just worked with my belly --which is what I liked about them. Of course, because they fold over, I could adjust the roll-over part of the pant to fit and support my belly as I got increasingly bigger... and then AFTER I gave birth, I just gradually went back to folding it the way I did before I got pregnant. I hope this makes sense...
