I'm sure you're not the only one.. people probably are just working and not on tPF.. which is EXACTLY what I should be doing. Haha.

So, do you have all your fashionable maternity clothes ready?! Cant wait to see some pics of your bump and outfits!

^ I haven't bought maternity clothing yet. I'm still trying to fit into my regular clothes ... though getting a bit tight. One thing's for sure, I can't fit into my pants anymore.

I posted my fun prego outfit in my thread:

Hello! I'm due Sept. 21 which is 5 days before my son's 5th birthday. I'm really excited but am hoping I can figure a way to still plan a fun party for my son. 5 is a big birthday.

La Vanguardia, have you tried the belly band? I'm wearing it now (probably for the last time) and it's pretty comfy. You can wear your regular pants unzipped and the band goes over it, keeping the pants up. It's a nice solution since my pregnancy jeans seem to be slipping off.

I Am due in September with my 3 baby!!! I was curious to ask, do you believe the myth about the heart rate determining the baby's gender? My baby's HR was 167.

That myth is just that, a myth...
BTW my little one's HR was high 170s for quite a while and he's definitely a boy!

The myth can really be only 50% true or false, so whatever you want to believe- you're 50% right lol

Yay! I've got prego buddies now lol!

iamsmillin - I haven't tried the belly band. Anyway, I'm not much of a jeans/trousers person so I'm trying to live with my dresses, for now. I do have to buy maternity pants though. I heard they're quite comfy!

Chloe - I tried this online test about the myths and finding the gender of the baby and I came up with 73% chances of a girl. But like what coachmommyofmin say, it's just a myth and you can be 50% right or wrong. Here's the link to the online test.

Thanks girls! I am too impatient and I am dying to find out! My Fetal Heart Rate was 167 at my last visit. My girls were also 150 and above. I really dont know anyone with boys to find out if the heart rate was any lower. I guess I have no choice but to wait until my 5 month visit!!

La Vanguardia, I just bought the most COMFORTABLE slacks at Motherhood. It's like wearing my PJ bottoms to work.

Chloe, my son's heart rate was always around 160. With this pregnancy its about the same. I'm hoping for a girl this time and really can't wait to find out! At least I can dream it's a girl for another few months, though out of habit I call the baby a "he".

me too- I just went ahead and ordered some maternity jeans today because I was starting to notice a little extra pressure when leaning forward in my regular pants, but they still fit just fine overall!

I decided I was going to try and get away with not buying much "maternity" stuff other than pants- I'm hoping tunics and longer, loose tops will work okay- I just can't find ANY maternity shirts I like!
