Default The Land of Nod ?

Has anybody shopped there and what was your experience? I've only seen their catalogs and their stuff is very similar to Pottery Barn Kids. They do have more choices in furniture and I am thinking of ordering a few pieces from them online. They only have stores in a couple of states so I am a bit worried about returns.

Thanks!

I've ordered from them a few times. The first couple of times were primarily for toys. Then I bought a chair/ottoman and some small items like storage bins and pictures for the nursery. I've been happy with my experience with them for the most part. They shipped everything pretty promptly and it's all been high quality.

The chair was delivered by Crate & Barrel. I think they have some sort of arrangement with them for those areas where they don't have stores. The one thing I would fault them on is setting up the delivery. I had to call them for each piece (the ottoman was backordered when I ordered and not available at the same time as the glider, so it was two deliveries), never heard from them about it, but both times they set up the delivery date quickly. For one of the deliveries, I never got a call from Crate & Barrel with the time, they just showed up! Thank goodness I was home! When I called to arrange the second delivery, I told them about this and emphasized that I really needed them to have C&B call. Otherwise, happy with the products.

I ordered a couple of large storage bins from them with no problems. And most recently I bought some letters for my DS's nursery. Again, no issues.

I think Crate and Barrel own them, there is a link on the C&B site.

I was looking at their stuff too and thinking of buying, but have not yet. (too early for me)

I didn't get any nursery stuff from them, but I did get some tableware and what I think are called splat mats. Those were overrated and not worth the money in my opinion, but I liked the pattern... I also got 2 Stokke high chairs (one for each twin) and I'm very happy with those. Oh, and also 2 maclaren rockers --my twins love those. I didn't have any problems with CS.

I've oredered and love them! I find their items to be more reasonable than some other boutiques.
Yes, they're a Crate & Barrel Co

Thank you mamas! I ordered a few pieces of furniture and a couple of cute room decor items from them. Can't beat no sales tax and 6% rebate.

Even though they are 'affiliated' with C&B you can't return any of their items to C&B. I guess the arrangement is to have C&B deliver certain items as in-home installation for them.

I will come back with a report later.
