TELL Me Your Feet Went Back to their NORMAL Size After you Delivered? !!!

Ok...

I think I know the reality of this, but I have an INCREDIBLE shoe closet that has been collecting dust for awhile now.....

SOMEONE pleeeeeese give me hope that my gunboat feet are not really that permanent....any suggestions on the shrinkage of feet (LOL) will be greatly appreciated !!!

Yes, they shrink back...thank God!

KInd of~ My feet grew half a size up, so I HAD to by all new shoes (darn the luck)...the swelling goes away but they may grow (it is actually the tendons that grow, therefore making your feet grow).

I went back to an 8.5-but triple wide. So some shoes still fit, some didn't. Now I am wearing a 10, but I primarily wear my flip flops. I wore a 10 during my last two pregnancies also, and went back to the 8.5, only wide.

My feet and ankles got really big, and I am back to my size 7, so there is hope.

not mine!

I have been pregnant twice, once w/ a single and then w/ twins.

I was a 7 to 7.5 pre-pregnancies, now I'm an 8.
I was an 8.5 for part of my twins' pregnancy but they went back down a tad after delivery.

Mine grew 1/2 size and stayed there...but you may get lucky!

Mine went back a size after I lost all my baby weight...was a size 6 and went up to a 7 1/2...now I'm a 6 1/2. I had to get all new shoes.....it was a good excuse!! LOL

BUT, my wrist didn't! i still can't wear my watches and most of my rings! is this normal???? (just had a baby last May)......

sorry... while pregnant i went up 2 whole sizes...6.5/7-9! post partum my feet dropped a size, so now i wear an 8. i gave all of my shoes away.

The swelling went down-but, the size grew a 1/2 size while pregnant and stayed that way.

i went from a 7 1/2 to an 8. Sorry

Oh man, I hope so, although it's not looking that way for me! I am like you, I have shoes that I love, and some I haven't even worn ... I don't want to give them away! My SIL is eying my shoe collection and said I can give them all to her if they don't fit anymore.

It took my feet 2 YEARS to go back to normal after my last pregnancy! I normally wore an 8.5 before pregnancy and my feet were very swollen during. Although the water retention went away after delivery and I was pretty close to pre-pg weight, my feet stayed 1/2 size up for about 2 years. And now I am back in an 8.5 for almost all shoes. Very strange.

Some people go back to their original size and some people permanently land 1/2 size up, but there is no way to tell before you deliver.

Mine didn't go back either. Pre first pregnancy, I was a 6.5 after size 7, by the end of 3 pregnancies I am 7.5 -8, depending on the shoe :(
