Peg Perego Aria stroller - very lightweight, folds compact and fits into a small car plus great for travelling on airplanes too.

1. The Chicco Cortina Travel System in Sahara because of the excellent reviews and safety ratings on the car seat it comes with. The stroller itself is sturdy, easy to maneuver, folds easily and compactly, and has all the amenities for a full day outing.

2. The Maclaren Four Seasons stroller as a lightweight, running errands / mall stroller. This stroller also recieved excellent reviews, is eay to manuever, and folds easily and compactly. As with all Maclaren's, I will need to purchase a separate child's snack tray and parent cup holder for this.

3. Snap and Go stroller also as a lightweight, quick errand stroller (for use while the baby is still in the infant carseat). I really liked this option because I will not have to wake baby or take him out of the carseat to use this stroller, and it's a lot lighter than the travel system stroller, so it's perfect for quick runs to the store.

We spent a lot of time researching and trying out strollers and these ones really fit our lifestyle best. We live in the suburbs, so I don't have to worry about taking the stroller on cobble stone streets or folding it up quickly and putting it over my shoulder to get on a bus or metro. You really need to examine your specific needs before you can choose the right stroller. Good luck!

I have this Chicco Travel system for my newborn. It's true that it's sturdy and safe, but a pain to get it in and out of the car since it's so heavy. I am thinking about getting one of the Maclaren for its lightwieght when she grows out of the car seat (I know it's a long time but my in-laws just got me this chicco and can't waste it). So far people seem to like the Triumph and Quest. Have anyone ever looked at the difference between the two? And also what about these Maclarens compared with the Bugaboo bee?

I have the zippy and love it! It folds so easily and takes up very little trunk space. I was able to use it with my chicco keyfit 30 carseat and the zippy basinette and loved both.

Uppa Baby looks really nice. But I found it similar to the Bugaboo Cameleon. Whats the difference?

I decided to go with the Uppa VS. the Chameleon because it has super easy fold up that you can use one handed and I also liked that it had a larger storage compartment on the bottom. I agree they are pretty similar but after reading a ton of reviews it seemed the Uppa was more user friendly while still offering all of the same features of the Bugaboo so that's what we went with.

I have the BOB Revolution, but no baby yet! :)
It surprisingly has a great turning radius. I see us getting a lot of use out of it for many years to come! It has a pretty simple 2 part fold and then the wheels are easy to take off if you need to make it ultra-compact.
We also have the Orbit and I feel like the two of them will be a great combination!

here are the 2 strollers that i've bought so far for the twins....

double snap & go with graco snugride infant carseats:

snap&gostroller.jpg

phil & ted Vibe with double seat kit:

phil&tedstroller.jpg

i purchased both with weight and convenience in mind for when i'm alone with the babies. both are very lightweight & easy for me to fold and lift in and out of the car by myself. the phil & ted is very compact for a double stroller. most that i've tried out are just too big and long (or wide) and heavy. i can also remove the back seat so that it becomes a single stroller for when i need to only have 1 baby with me (in case DH can't handle 2 babies at the same time by himself at home! LOL).

hi- just curious if anyone's purchased/ used a Combi stroller and what they think of it? (japanese brand) I've heard it's lighter than a bugaboo bee... and also smaller and better for asian cities... thanks!

I bought the stokke for my first child which I love because my back is pretty bad! It sits up so high and it's so different! Then i got an uppa baby umbrella stroller.

For 2 I don't know what I am going to do!

Good luck on your search!

The only thing about the Bugaboo is that it seems a little tight for older or bigger children, and I don't mean 2 or 3 year olds but 1 year olds. But maybe the kids I saw were just oversized for their age...lol.
