Yay, I'm glad we have a small grouping here!

So, when did your 1st trimester symptoms start to fade away? I'm like 9 1/2 wks (or 11 wks depending on what you want to go by) and my tatas have started to stop being super sore and I'm only getting up once a night now to pee.

lucky you, iranei, my 1st trimester symptoms have been light in the past few weeks, I have great days and then i have bad days where I can barely do anything. Since this week I started to pray to the porcellain gods for the second time yesterday .... ohh gosh... with my first son my sickness really started at the 2nd month and kept going till 5/6mos. I hope this one will be easyer...
I m getting up about 2-3 times a night, but that's not bothering me as much.

Gosh I am almost 13 weeks and my ta ta's are still hard and super sore. I wish they would stop hurting so much. I'm still getting up twice in the night to potty but it seems to be like clockwork at 3 and 6. Sleeping has been a bit difficult to say the least, lol. Between the crazy dreams and not being able to get comfortable it's been a challenge. Weird enough I did not have much sickness at all during the first 12 weeks but the last week I have been throwing up every morning.
We finally went ahead and ordered our nursery furniture since it takes at least 2 months to arrive. We went with the Stanley My Haven line and got the crib that later converts to a daybed/regular bed, bed rails for later, largest dresser, changing table, small side table and lamp. Now all I have to do is find a cute lamp shade and some seating as far as furniture goes. I went with the Turquoise color for the furniture, hopefuly it will be as pretty when it get's delivered as it was in the showroom. I'm super nervous about the color working since we don't know the sex yet but I thought it would be neutral enough since it's a bright greeny blue. Here is a pic of the color though it's a bit richer IRL.

Not being able to buy clothes has been driving me crazy so I've had to tide myself over with books, diaper bags, some small toys and a few little unisex outfits (that little clearance monkey sweater onsie at Gymboree was way to cute to pass up).

How are you all coming? I'd love to see or hear what your plans for the nursery are so far and also how your feeling.

Well, I opened my big mouth a little too early and have experienced lower back pain for the past 3 days. Other than that, my boobs are SO itchy. I've tried all the lotions I have and nothing's working!

Anyone else start window shopping for stuff? Yesterday DH and I visited another baby store and are about 90% sure on a stroller...except that I need to stop looking at other strollers on the market LOL. Is that normal or what? Even the baby bag I picked out I'm already second guessing because, it's functional but kinda ugly. LOL. Oh well, I have a fab purse coming in for my first mother's day present...it'll make up for it!

congrats Just_jill325!

irainei, I've been peeping out what mommies and daddies are pushing around these days. I used to stare at purses, now i stare at strollers and diaper bags. I was thinking of something lightweight and unisex. I lugged around my neice's skiphop bag a few weeks ago and its quite heavy! I'm liking LeSport Sac's bag, its not as cute but it functional and the DH said he'd carry it.

We've only online shopped for cribs and strollers. We're planning one of these weekends to stop by a baby store. Thus far, I have my eye on the Orbit stroller but the price scares me.

^^ I noticed that too, I feel so hot all the time... A sip of tea is already cooking me inside out! Warm showers feel hot, and afterwards I can walk around for hours without having to dress heavily, bkz my body keeps being warm....

I'm starting my walking regimen after a 3 month hiatus. I got it out of the way early this morning. Felt good!

I have a sono (level 2) on May 12th. I'll be 18 weeks and will know the sex!!
