good that you are switching - with my second pregnancy i switched doc at 32 weeks because I was so unhappy - should have gone to a different doc because i didn't like the hospital she was affiliated with but I only found out when it was too late (during delivery, lol). so I have great memories of having baby no 1 and 3 but for no 2 the hospital experience was below expectation and no one should put up with that, imo.

So glad to hear that you have switched. Better wait times and top notch care, that's hard to find these days. A friend of mine had the same issue with having to wait a long time at her appointments and rude staff as well. She didn't switch doctors though, but in hindsight wished she had.
