I am typing this through tears. I went in today for my first OB appt at 8w2d and the last thing she did was the ultrasound to check the heartbeat and baby only measured 6w1d, no heartbeat. I have an ultrasound tomorrow with a D+C scheduled for either that day or Thursday.

I am devastated.

My heart goes out to you, your husband, and your son. Try and be strong, and give your DH a big hug because I am sure he needs one too.
