My deepest sympathies. What a terrible nightmare to hear those words. I'm so very sorry.

Could they be wrong? Could dates be off? Was there a h/b before and now not? Oh, I'm so praying some horrible mistake was made.

The hospital bereavement program can help you before or when you arrive if surgery is definite. But if they don't come down, do ask for them. Most hospitals have a program. And something I didn't know when I miscarried my first and third pregnancies was that I could have had my babies cremated, or had a full funeral, if I wanted. Not every mother needs the same things, of course, but these are options. You are the Mommy, and the hospital must follow your instructions on how your child is treated, even after d&c. I say this because I wish I'd known.

I'm just so so sorry.

I just want to thank you all for your thoughts, words, and prayers. I can honestly say that it really does mean the world to me.

I am just trying to digest this information as it's only been 5 hours since we got the news.

Thank you again and I am sorry for all of you that have suffered a loss.

Good advice... and I was wondering about these questions too. Is there any hope, AuthenticLux?

I am so sorry, there are no words.

Oh dear...I am sorry AL. Thoughts and prayers are with you...

Any chance your dates were off and the HB's not showing up at 6 weeks?
