OK, on Monday I drove out to Somerset Mall, which is our really nice mall in Michigan that is over an hour away from my house. The Coach store there had the Bleecker pouches and I needed a pick me up anyway (Been having some serious friendship issues with BFF) and I really liked the bag. I was debating between blue and brown since I already have the tote in plum. Well my son, who is two, kept saying "I like Blue bag mommy", which all the SAs thought was hysterical, but in the end I went with the Mahogany because it was more neutral and would go with more, plus it had the pretty pink lining and I am sucker for anything pink and brown.

OK, well anyway, meanwhile, my husband is in Texas right now. So my son is talking to him on the phone and he walks over to my purse (which is sitting on my dresser) and said "Mommy's new bag, brown, Daddy." I can hear my husband go "What do you mean Mommy's new bag" and my son goes really excitedly "Yeah daddy, Mommy's new bag brown. No blue."

He totally ratted me out! This does not bode well for the future

Cute story! My kids rat me out all the time too. My DD will say "We went to the purse store today Daddy" and if my DS sees me online looking at purses, he will yell "Mommy is looking at purses again!!!!!!". Little stinkers.

Too Funny!!! I have totally been busted my both of my girls. Now that they are older, I have to keep a stash of "hush money" for my older daughter, and a cookie from the American Cookie store usually does the trick with the little one.

Children cannot be trusted.

They're way to honest at all the wrong times!

The other day we were at my mom's for a BBQ-the entire family. DD wanted my niece to spend the night with us so she was negotiating with my sister. She says (loudly, in front of everyone) "N, can sleep in my bed and I can sleep in mommy's bed...Unless S sleeps with mommy tonight." S being my boyfriend.

Actually I took pics to post as soon as I got home and went to upload them and can't do it, so I have to wait until my hubby gets home to fix my computer. He bought me a new laptop last week and didn't switch over the program that I use to upload links for my pictures (Not sure if I am making sense because I only half know what i am talking about).

If you really want to see them and want to PM me your email, I can email them to you, otherwise I don't know what to do until he gets home. I am SO not technically inclined

I live just outside of Ann Arbor in Milan. Now I have to go look up where Oxford is, because I am not sure, but I know I've heard of it before. How long were you in Florida? Are you excited to move back and be near family? We moved back a year ago from Arizona after 7 years.

I moved here 4 years ago, met my now fiance and we're moving back to be by my family. I grew up in macomb county. Oxford is like 10ish miles north of the Palace.

Looks like you have the fortune of being much closer to Somerset than me. Lucky for you!
