Default Moby or Maya which way do you wrap??
So, I have been looking at different wraps and I like these two. Just wanted some opinions from y'all about which one you liked and why. Thanks in advance!

Welllllll never had a Maya, but I do have

Hotsling: great while he was little
Boppy Sling: my fav, but he hates it now.
Classic Bjorn: great when they're small, when they get heavier it just breaks your back/shoulder
Red Castle Sport: he just never liked this one.

Sorry my last lines got erased!

I also have the Moby and Moby D. I loooooooooove the Moby. After so many carriers I know how much they can hurt after awhile. The moby is like a big long t shirt! Sooooo comfy, even after hours of wearing it. My best baby purchase yet.

I love the Maya. To be honest, I got it because I liked how it looks!

I think I may buy a Moby though - would be nice for longer wearing, I think. It looks like the baby's weight would be better distributed - with the Maya, all of the weight is on one side or the other, especially when using the cradle position, which DS loves. The video suggests that you alternate shoulders, but I'm really not that coordinated - I figured out just how to wear it over my right shoulder, but it just doesn't go on as easily the other way!

I guess the pocket could be useful for your cell phone or credit card or cash, but to be honest, you won't even notice it's there if there's nothing in it. It's just on the tail of the wrap, which spreads out so you can use it as a nursing cover. I use it to put over DS's head and face when we're in bright sun or it's windy, etc. I don't ever use the pocket because I'm afraid of clunking DS in the head with whatever is in it, and I always have my diaper bag anyway.
