This is totally off-topic, but I just bought a Buzz because it did so turn so much better than my Graco Quattro (and all the others I tried), and it fit in the trunk of my Mazda RX-8 when almost nothing else would! Lol! Just goes to show that everyone has different ideas on the same stroller!

OP, I know nothing about the Foray, but from a quick look, I think that may be more what your looking for, since it's more adaptable.

I have the Quinny Zapp which I used for about 7 months then switched to a Maclaren Quest. The Quinny isn't as stable as other strollers and sometimes can be too wide for narrow pavements or escalators. Also the lack of recline is a bit of a pain and unless you buy a storage basket for underneath you don't have anywhere to put drink bottles, snacks etc.

I wouldn't choose it if you were only going to get one stroller...HTH :)
