Default Intimate question about.....down there....

Ok, so I have always been someone who shaves down there. How do you ladies take care of that area once your belly is so big it's in the way and you can't reach?

It needs to be something I can do on my own.

I don't like the idea of shaving as the regrowth is so ugly I carried on going to the same waxing lady I always used, although when full term I couldnt see what she'd done....

This is so funny because I have been obsessed with this problem for the last two days. I even had a dream last night that i gave in and went and got a wax, but for some reason, waxing when I am pregnant weirds me out - Do not ask why. I have been trying to do it without looking, but I am afraid of cutting myself. Plus, like someone else said, the re-growth when you shave is atrocious (at least for me because I have black hair). I was thinking of trying Nair. I heard the formula has improved in recent years?

I really want to try waxing but I'm terrified of the pain, and do they do it, you know, between the legs and not just on top?

I just went to the same salon I always go to and had faith...
It briefly crossed my mind to try Nair or another hair remover, but I quickly dismissed the thought because the smell would have killed me...

that's funny that ya'll would talk about this...i'm not pregnant (we're going to start trying in the next few months) but this is something that i've wondered about and has left me quite distressed....it's nice to know i'm not the only one and it's possible to tend to that area while preggers

Yeah, if you want a Brazilian wax. Getting bikini waxes are painful, I must admit..

At first I did it without looking( bikini line).. I shave in the shower and wear glasses so I usually cant see anyway.. but if you are fully shaving I would use a mirior.

My friend works in a salon and does the waxing and told me that quite a few pregnant women come in for waxes especially closer to the big day because they tell her they dont want to be all hairy and gross down there when so many people were looking at it, lol.
