Oops I'm too late. Was gonna say in your case for a very large baby, C-section will be a better option since over 50% of inductions end up in emergency C-sections nationwide anyway. Emergency C-section is more expensive and much more dangerous than a regular C-section because the doctors have to operate on you in half the time or less, leaving more room for error. In the hospital I delivered in, regular C-section costs on average $10k while emergency C-section cost me $25k that's more than double. And there was a tool miscount.. which was another story.

Tater- Don't know if you had your little guy yet or not, but I was going to say to stick it out as long as you can as long as you and the baby are not in distress. I was induced early with my son and it was a nightmare. On the other hand I was 41.5 weeks with my daughter and went naturally and it was like night and day compared to my son. It was actually enjoyable, well as enjoyable as giving birth can be. Both of my babies were big too, 8' 10 and 8' 1.

Regardless, I wish you all the best and hope you have an easy and healthy delivery.

GIVE BIRTH! Its natures way! If there are issues then def have a section if its safer.
