Default I need food help
I am finally out of the can't look or think about food stage and am having a really hard time thinking of things to eat that are healthy. Meal planning is such a chore and sometimes I just don't feel like eating or chewing for that matter. I am trying to make healthy food choices so does anyone have any ideas or meal plans, recipes, anything that would help?? Thanks in advance!

What are you craving? I was nuts about olives when I was pregnant so we ate a lot of Pasta Puntanesca, which is pretty quick and easy. I'm looking up recipies right now for Roast chicken, which is also easy. A fortified cereal is definitely good. Lots of fruits and veggies. Just avoid junk!

OMG been there. I LIVED on toast. I love Rye and could keep it down... sooo that and fortified cereal were my go-to foods when I hated the thought of food....

OMG I can relate! I don't know how other mothers I knew in person kept telling me about food cravings but when it was my turn I went through a long phase of not wanting to eat, I actually lost weight during my first tri! Then I would eat plain food like macaroni soup, drink beef broth etc. Then my apetite returned with a vengeance in tri 3. I think it's normal your body will compensate somehow. Continue with your prenatals.
