What pump are you using. I gave the details in another BF post, but I could get an easy 7-12 oz in under 10 minutes with my Avent Isis manual pump (and there were days when I got over 18 oz in a single session) whereas it would take me f.o.r.e.v.e.r. to eek out a couple of piddly ounces with my medela or the purely yours. I LOVED my Isis and will be buying 2 for this bean since DH pitched my pumps when we last moved.

I haved used Avent. I am using the Bailey's motorized pump followed by Medela hand pump and it is so pathetic! There are times when I can tell I am full but I get 2-3 oz. I hate to buy yet another pump but I may just do that.

since i've been back at work and strictly pumping it's helped. I've also given up on strictly breastmilk. he gets one bottle of formula a day and i've been able to decrease my pumping sessions and not stress myself out so much. i take 4 capsules 3x a day. although DS just got teeth...so i'm trying to hang in there but if i get bit one more time....

oh i'd be curious too about the isis. i use medela.

^^LV Luvr- 4, 3 times a day??? WOW! I feel like I am on overkill with 3, 3x a day. I may need to bump it up. DS got teeth about 4 weeks ago but he has been so good. No biting! I am actually a little surprised. We did have one incident though when he was done eating and I was feeding him while watching TV and he got bored and started playing like usual....this time he gave me a little nibble. He hasn't done it since though.

I take a full dropper-full 3x a day.... In water, usually. People have told me I smell like Maple Syrup... And little fish too, on his skin (from touching mine!) after he nurses!
