Do you think having children after age 35 is too late?

there are definitely risks and it gets exponentially higher with each passing year. i had both my kids late and even though they're both perfectly healthy, i could have done without all tests and the worry. if i could turn back the clock i would have had kids younger, for sure. the worst part for me is the idea that i might never know my grandchildren.
