For both of my sons, I used Pampers Swaddler for size 1 & 2 then switched to Pampers Cruisers for Size 3 and onward. They're great especially when my sons slept thru the night and that's like 8-10 hrs!!! No leaks except for the occasional times when we didn't tighten it properly. I also chose Pampers from the beginning cuz both of my sons had huge chubby thighs. Huggies were just too tight on them even when I had to go one size up but then it fits here but not there.
I also tried President's choice - Teddy's choice - similiar to Pampers but they will leak after 5 hrs. Good for day time use but very poor for overnight use. Costs $10 less than Pampers. So Pampers all the way for me!!!

Diva, just wanted to thank you for this thread & the effort you put into posting your reviews on all of these diapers. I've been away from diapering for 7 yrs or so - so you've saved me a lot of research!

Ok I had a go with Fisher Price diapers sold exclusively at BRU. They're exactly the same as Up & Up from Target just with a higher price tag. The FP Night diaper's the same as Day just 20% thicker.
Having tried Pampers (Swaddlers, Cruisers, and Baby Dry), Huggies, Parents Choice, Luvs, Up & Up and now FP, I'd say Cruisers are my favorite because it's soft n stretchy, comfy for a crawling baby. Up & Up and FP are easiest to secure, and FP has the best printed design. Up & Up has my vote for worst print design. |
