Mine never did either.. I kept hoping it would.. I always thought it was kind of cute in a really weird way!!!

I'm almost 37 weeks and mine hasn't popped. It's still an innie. But it's slowly stretching flat or "disappearing" as my s/o says. But then again my baby has been laying head down since he was about 30 weeks, so who knows.

You guys are very lucky. This is my third pregnancy and mine popped at about 15 weeks. It popped with all my pregnancies and after delivery went back to an innie.

Mine is an innie that turned into a flattie towards the end of both pregnancies.

Well im about 9 weeks and im chubby chick. Last night I was laying on the floor and I pushed my stomach out and my belly button started to pop out. It was a wierd feeling because I've always had a innie. Everyone I talked to said thats a sign I'm having a boy. Is that true?

great thread, i have been wondering about this too. all the pregnancy books i read make it sound like EVERYONE'S belly button pops at around 20 weeks. i'm almost 23 weeks and nothing so far. it has stretched flat somewhat, but is no where near popping out. i guess i'm relieved to hear that not everyone's popped, even at full term, as all the books i'm reading make it sound like it happens for everyone.

Mine popped out maybe around week 25? Now that I'm so close at 38 weeks it goes in or out depending on where he is and how he's moving.

When I was PG with DS, my belly button just stretched out...same with this PG! It is flat and not protruding...

Mine is currently flat, feels like it will pop any minute now. It is also very itchy and red around the area.

Mine got flat but never popped out when I was pregnant with DD. It popped out around 15 weeks with this pregnancy.

Ive been wondering this same thing recently. Mine seems to be getting shallower, much to my dismay.

So, when the belly button goes flat, is it completely smooth or is there a dimple in the middle?

My belly button is starting to flatten, I can see inside of it now!

i'm so glad to know that there are others who haven't popped !

i'm at 20 weeks and mine just as flat at the belly button area ... it just seems to be stretching...
