Default Best cereal to eat during pregnancy?

My doctor told me to eat cereal with high folic acid and fiber in the morning. I went to the market today and I only found a few. Does anyone know what the best cereal to eat is? I got the Kelloggs Smart Start Origianl Antioxidents because almost everything said 100% on the side of the box. But when I was eating it, it feels like it's full of sugar. Before I was pregnant, I was eating Kashi Go Lean, and there's barely any suger in that. Most of the Kashi cereals have high fiber but low folic acid. Any suggestions?

I concentrated on eating high-fiber cereals (still do) because I really needed the fiber to keep regular. I don't remember what I ate then, but I eat Fiber One raisin cluster cereal now. Never thought about folic acid--seems like if you're taking prenatal vitamins anyway then you're okay on that front, KWIM?

I've been eating Multigrain Cheerios and Kellogs Raisin Bran. I'm not sure what the folic acid content is, but I know the front of the box of Raisin Bran says "good source of Folic Acid!"

I like Barbaras shredded oat cereal. I ate high protein cereal like special k plus because I was diabetic. I can see about the fiber though with all of the iron you don't want to get backed up KWIM

If you look on the side of the box, the folic acid should say 100%! That means you are getting the right amount of folic acid per one serving of cereal.

Don't forget about oatmeal, and cream of wheat. They're good for you also!
