Default Anyone have a Petunia Pickle Bottom?
I am looking at diaper bags and love the Petunia Pickle Bottom brocade ones but have read reviews that they snag and since they are dry clean only, they are not very practical. However, there are the glazed bags as well that look nice and can be wiped clean. Does anyone have any info or experience with these bags?

I have/had about 4 petunias so far. I love them. My first two were the brocade. I must say, they do snatch once in a while, but they also still look great. I never dry cleaned anything, threw it into the wash machine inside out and let it air dry- and no problems. I still have them and no problems. Recently i bought a petunia touring glazed one, and she's great, you can really wipe everything right off... I'd wash her again in cold water gentle cycle inside out- its working for me... I hate the dry-cleaners...
I also bought a "cake" version, but it felt too hughe so i returned it, and i have a clutch with the katmandu design as well, kinda cute and holds the necessities... I love petunia! Got rid of all other diaper bags. I m a petunia fan

Those are ADORABLE... but I don't think my DH would help me hold it for the same reason it looks so great - it's just seems like a pretty purse, not even a diaper bag!

that's the fun thing about petunia. they look adorable and are functional at the same time :) I love mine.

I did see somebody walk around in a red touring tote at costco, and the person was at least +-40 and she didn't have kids with her, so i figure she must have been using it as purse... strange to me but i guess somewhat normal to others?

^^ pretty bag ilovepinkhearts! I hope you'll love yours. The straps are so fun for the stroller, if you ever need them. I think its a great idea.

dh thought that it would be too "girly" or "purse like" when i showed it to him online, but then when it got here, he said he liked it and he would carry it...lol. he has to get used to pink. we got another pink one that matches the stroller [peg perego] so it's either pink and black, or pink and black. i asked if he wanted a daddy bag and he said nope.

I was just thinking of how ironic this sounds but- I actually bought a pink brown one for myself for my son, lol, I considered that I WILL BE wearing that bag everywhere I go, and not my DS, so the color dosen't matter- and since I love pink i went for that... my dh was upset that i paid so much for a diaper bag that most likely will be spilled on, but that wasn't a problem for me at all... My bottles leaked several times in the pink brown one, and never had any problems cleaning it back out... and my son didn't care about it either LOL I know, weird. I just couldn't get my hand on a blue petunia i actually liked at that time, and the pink was sooo adorable...

I have several touring totes and love them. They are not too big and just perfect with my stroller and their multiple straps. The glazed are the best!!

Thanks for the feedback everyone, I think I am going to go ahead and get one. I just can't decide on a pattern. I will be getting a dark gray and bright green stroller so I thought I'd get the following bag to match:

It's glazed and matches well but I am not crazy abut it. I really like this one:

Decisions, decisions! Should I even bother trying to match the stroller? Or get both?

I think you should get what you like because you won't have the stroller all the time and you will live with a diaper bag!!

I wouldn't worry about matching the stroller, you won't be using the stroller forever but the diaper bag will still be in use when your baby is 1-2...
