There are two right now on let-trade.com- a resale shop that sells only authentics online. There is a small pink, and a green one like that photo. Great prices. They had a fab black leather full size one last week for $1300 as well as an east west black leather. I could shoot myself for not getting it!

Also, I am not a Prada pro but I believe Tessuto means the material the nylon bags are made from. Gauffre is what all of them with the gathered material style are called- both leather and nylon. A search for Tessuto would bring up Prada's non-gauffre bags also. Searching for gauffre in general on the net tho brings up tons of fakes, and very few leads to authentics for sale unfortunately. I may be wrong about the naming info, maybe someone else can chime in.
They are currently still making Gauffre bags in both nylong and leather. Just put out some new half nylon, half leather ones for fall like Jill just posted as well as many others. The bright colors were made a while ago tho so not sure how easy they are to find brand new. Fakes are rampant of those bright ones and most Gauffres, so be careful.

my last prada. it was a present from my parents when they travelled to Venice. I thought the colot maybe would be too bright, but it is great. i combine it with neutrals and it goes perfect.

Lucky gal, that's a beauty. Your parents have good taste. Did you tell them you wanted a bag, or did they do it on their own?

BTW, I bought it at AU$2850, but I found out that it's much cheaper (less than US$2000) at online shops like diabro, styledrops, etc. Anyone can help me with the price at Prada boutique in US please? I think the price should be the same all over the world, isn't it?

Unfortunately, prices arent the same over the world. I'm not from AUS but I have heard that designer goods are more expensive there. I am from Asia and its much more expensive to buy from Japan but cheaper to buy in Hongkong. The cheapest is to get from Europe itself.

I checked the price on Japan online shops, the price is even about US$750 lower then the one in Australia. Now I even doubt if the SA gave me the wrong price, I know it won't happen though.
