Hi everyone,
I am new here and have a question. Just purchased a tessuto gaufre shopping bag today - it doesnt have a thin leather strap, but instead a thicker canvas one, like the messenger bags. Why have I not seen this anywhere in any of the forums. It was purchased at neiman .... Question is this - the handles seem to fall in a way that they just stick straight out when using shoulder strap - anyone have this problem and/or solutions?? They just wont sit flat or stay straight up. Thanks. Tre Tre

I am seriously contemplating buying this bag. Jill I love the first pic in this thread, that's the bag I'm thinking about buying. Bisbee, your granddaughter is such a CUTIE PIE

For all of you who own these bags, especially the lighter colored, leather ones, how does the leather hold up and if it were to get dirty, could it be cleaned with a damp cloth OR do you pretreat it with something prior to use?

I can't get this bag out of my head

My brother bought it for me. I still love it a lot. It was one of the first models that Vicky Beck carried during the world cup.

I haven't used the bag enough times to know about it getting dirty - used it once last weekend, and again today. I plan on using it more often when the weather becomes nicer...I enjoyed it so much today!
