alouette - the bag that i wanted wasn't there anymore...

i got sucked in to my work and didn't have a break until 2pm.. sigh... i am now thinking about the vitello daino bowler in the Fall line... but will wait until they have all of the collection out

i already have the spring pink vitello daino bowler... i don't know why i like those bowlers so much...

oh no sorry to hear chic!!!!! That just means there's another out there for ya...like you said you already have your eyes on another. Ha! That's the fun part about bags...there's always another around the corner. Wish I could say that about money trees. Are you talking about the red and orange bowlers from Fall? I hate how work gets in the way.

Anyway, with whom did you speak? Did you get an inventory of what was left?

I agree! That's why sometimes I am actually glad I miss out on a bag, because it just means I can get another one later. And there's always another one!!

i think it was kathy. when i called they still had the vitello daino bowler in lime green, phytone (sp?) tote, brown jeweled leather tote, and some other jeweled bags...

and yes, i love those red and orange bowlers! i wonder if joanna will have the brown and black ones too (like the hobos). i'm just afraid the dark red and the orange colors are too seasonal...

Yes...and Kathy said it was $1995...but who knows, maybe it will be less...it is actually TDF...did you order the Cervo Shine yet?? If not...I would wait....OR you can get it and take it back...maybe that is what you should do. Get it...(so I can see it too), then if you see something else, just take it back to Norma...

Seriously...this bag was freaking awesome..at least in the pics. It was a two handle with two pockets on the outside...I just emailed Joanna to see if they were getting it as well...

Okay I'm the odd one out here, I love the hobo, the rugged look of it.

Waiting on the pietra. But would love to see the one w/ two handles in the look book from NM.

I think this hobo only has a 6 inch drop so would need to be hand carried over winter coat for sure.

Egads, a 6 in drop?! That's no bueno for me. I need a good shoulder drop. You're not the odd one out. I like that bag. I like distressed looking bags b/c if I accidentally scratch it, it looks like it's meant to be there.

ryry - If you get a pic from Joanna, PLZ PLZ post a pic of it in the fall pix thread. Two handles, exterior pockets and if it has a great shoulder drop, I'm on it like white on rice.

So Kathy showed you the lookbook? I wonder if Saks will be getting it too. Not ordered the Cervo Shine yet, trying to make fiscal sense of it but a Vitello shine bag is being overnighted to me...hehehehe. Tomorrow I shall post pics ladies!!!! If I have time.

Me too - "like white on rice". That would be the perfect bag - the best of both worlds. I too like distressed looking bags. That is why I like that Aviator so much.

And I can't wait to see you vitello shine. I have two and am a big fan of that leather!!!!

can someone tell me about white patent leather? does it get dirty? is it cheap looking? is it low class prada? i found an NM with the naplack dome bag in stock. I wanted the black one... should i settle for the cream color?
