Vitello is calf, Cervo is deerskin.

I don't do anything to my bags beyond wiping off any raindrops if it gets sprinkled on. You can take a slightly damp cloth to wipe off any dirt, but beyond that Cervo and Vitello (just dyed, not any of those funky finishes) are really easy to maintain.

Someone had posted a pic of the blue one somewhere here on the Prada forum. I remember it so well because it was outside in the sunshine. It was SO gorgeous!!
