^ From the looks of it, the patent hobo looks to be the same size but my hobo doesn't have the feet. HTH!

I am only 5' but though the bag is big, the leather squishes in somewhat to mold to the body. It's a perfect size, but then I don't have to tell you that. I absolutely am in love with your sughero toy, you made a great choice! The good thing about classics is that you'll be able to find the perfect red all leather bag when you are ready.
Just ordered it in black based on your pics. Thanks! BTW I'm 5' 1". Was worried it may be too big for me.

I ordered one too! Does this hobo have lux or metallic finish?

Post the link. It comes in several types of leather treatments.

I am impatiently waiting for mine to show up and I am worried it will not fit right.
The red looks better in your pictures then online.
Have you received yours yet? Please post some pictures!

I couldn't find the link..but here is the simple description of the bag from BG:

"Choose red, black, or blue pebble-finished calf leather. Shoulder strap. Hanging ID tag. Made in Italy".

Ah yes, NM's/BG's lousy, inaccurate descriptions at work again!

That's a deerskin ("cervo" in Italian) bag. These are good old fashioned, low maintenance dyed leather. No problems at all with that.

Here's the link. I bookmarked it in the height of the sales:

Thanks a lot! You are really good! BTW, did you get this bag? I read the other thread of Neiman Marcus exclusive of Vitello Daino Small Hobo with red color. Now makes me want to have this one instead.

Dear PP, I know you said low maintenance but how do I care for this bag? Can you suggest any leather conditioner for it or do I just leave it alone. I want this bag to last a long, long time. BTW, did NM got the name wrong too? I read somewhere that vitello means calf leather, is it not?

Thanks!
