Even when I first opened the box I didn't like it. I think if the finish under the patent wasn't metallic-y,I would have kept it in a heart beat. I'm just not a metallic kind of person and that mixed with the patent and ombré seemed a bit much, even for me.
I'm so sorry!

I know it was hard to return that bag, but I think you did the right thing. just wait for the perfect bag to come along. you won't give this one a second thought. $700 is a lot for a bag that you're not completely in love with. my patent ombre is taupe to nearly black. maybe the color wasn't the best for you either.

chin up sister!!! you're gonna find the right bag for you!

I must say that I do prefer my leather ombre to the patent. it surprises me since I love patent so much. for some reason the gradient seems more subtle, & the color a bit richer IMO.

It's pretty, and this is from someone who's not a huge fan of patent. Not a classic, but definitely a head turner.

Personally I think it's very pretty, not too trendy at all, and will stay in style for quite some time. But I also agree that if you're unsure about it, you should return it and wait for the next bag that you'll be absolutely in love with, so you made the right call! :)

Btw - How's this bag compared to your red vitello daino hobo in terms of size? Is the ombre patent bigger?

Oh Jap, I would def keep her. She's so pretty, classic or not, it's what you like. The color will work with everything, always!

Ah E you returned, eh? Well the outcome was right if your mind wasn't set on it. Yep, that is truly a lot of $ seeing it through logical eyes (which we don't sometimes...lol).

So what prey are you stalking now?
