Hi everyone I need HELP! A few weeks ago I purchased the Prada baroques from the website otticanet.com and when they arrived at my house they were missing the authenticity certificate card. I know the website is legit because I had previously ordered some Celine sunglasses from them and people here on the forum said they were legit too. I already own a pair of baroques which I bought from the Prada website. I compared both of the sunglasses and everything is the same even the box they came in except that the ones from otticanet don’t have the authenticity card. It really bothers me that they didn’t come with one. So I emailed them and this is what they responded “I am sorry that you have not received the certificate and it is very strange as the manufacturer always send us the glasses with the certificate. Anyway do not worry, I will send it to you”. When the package arrived at my house the “certificate” was only the manufactures information note where it tells you how to care for your sunglasses etc. in all the languages. I emailed them again, I even attached photos of the authenticity certificate card so they can know what I am talking about but they have not responded. Is there any way that I can get one if they don’t provide me with one? What should I do?
